What is Bob booking ?
Bob booking is a web-based application dedicated to music booking agencies.
How does it work ?
The solution is 100 % web-based. No software needs to be installed on your computer. All you need is an internet connection. Supported browsers are Chrome and Firefox.
What are the main features of the software ?
> DATA BASE
The data base used by the application is the best data base possible for your needs : it’s yours. That’s right, the application is empty when you start using it. The first thing that you have to do is import all your own data, using a simple XLS file. Then your data base is going to live a brand new life.
> PROSPECTION
You can sort all your contacts of by using the multiple criteria search tool. Criteria include : name, type of event, period, network, location … As a matter of fact, each information of the data base can be used as a criterion for a search.
Each element of information that you enter in the base (such as a date, a price, a rooming list, anything…) spreads into the system ans reappears at the right place every time it’s needed.
> BOOKING
Add options, confirm events, fill in all useful information concerning production, hospitality, or promotional issues. Always have an overview of the tours to come, whether it be by list, by calendar or using the geolocation tool.
> TRACKING
In just one click, access to the reminder tool and let yourself be guided by an automatic follow-up of all tasks.
> COMMUNICATION
You can send emails using the integrated messaging system of the application. Newsletters, eCards, bands rosters and invitations can be sent using the bulk emailing service, either with your own mail server for free, or using our professional service , which enables you a secured and tracked emailing and gives you access to reports and statistics.
Confirmed tour dates can be exported to dynamic web pages.
> ADMINISTRATION
Interactive agreements, contracts and invoices are automatically generated. Tour calendars can be exported to iCal or Google calendars.

Who are we ?
We are a French company called « Bob El Web » and Bob booking is the latest product in our range of software dedicated to the performing arts industry. It was specifically created for live event management.
Bob el Web was created by a former booking agent, who decided to create his own management tools in order to automate his daily tasks, save time, and escape the whole administrative burden.
The company is now a reference in the French professional software market, and above all in the performing arts industry. More than 60% of French booking agencies now use Bob Booking daily. Many booking agents from abroad were asking for a chance to use and try the software. Now they can.
