Contact Database Management (Part 2 / 2 )
STEP 2 : create shortcut to your personalised contact selections
( If you are just looking for an organization or a person in your database, you can use the simple research field )
- Use a multi-criteria research: by category (promoter, festival…), localization, type of music…and save the results under a specific name (ex: East Midlands promoters). if you create a new organization that matches these criteria, it will automatically be added to this list.
- Create your own selection and add the organisation you want, using the drag and drop process.
- From here, you have the possibility to achieve several actions, as share it, export it on an excel file, send bulk mail, print tags for massive direct mail etc…
