Contact Database Management (Part 1 / 2 )
BOB BOOKING allows you to manage more efficiently your contacts in 2 steps :
STEP 1 : create and customize your organization sheets
(you also can import your contacts directly from excel files)
- Fill information on organization : name, address, email, phone number, employees, free additional comments, specific tags to qualify it(by category, programming types, networks) and all events they organize (festival…).
- Use the tabs to follow the history of relations with the organization: all commercial communication which have been treated and those which are scheduled (call, mails, fax…), all bulk mailing sent (invitations, newsletters…), all the past options and the ones that are to come.
- According to the organization specificities, additional tabs can be available: technical information of venues (capacities, sizes…), promoters information (programming type and period…).
